Terms and Conditions of Bar 7 Casino

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

If you have a dispute with us regarding these Terms or any matter related thereto, please contact us using the means specified on our Platform and we will try to resolve it amicably. If not resolved through negotiations, the disputes shall be governed by the laws. Any disputes will be exclusively settled in accordance with those laws.

11. Copyright Notice

All content (including but not limited to text, images, graphics and sound) on our Platform is our copyright or used under license from third parties. You may print pages for your personal use provided you do not remove any trademark notices. Any other reproduction of such material without written permission will be deemed an infringement.

12. Data Protection

13. Variation of Terms and Conditions

17. Severability

If a court finds that any term, clause, condition, stipulation or provision contained herein is void, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever and such voidance would affect other provisions then: (a) only those parts of the Term(s), Clause(s), Condition(s), Stipulation(s) or Provision(s) that are void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable will be stricken from this Agreement as being null; however, in no event shall it be possible for an entire term to be declared completely ineffective where another part of said Term is not affected.
